Autolux Detailing aims to provide the highest level of professionalism and workmanship. We understand the hesitation in having a company that you have never dealt with before come to your home or work to provide services. It is our goal to make each visit a pleasant one. As a mobile service we may be in many locations in one day. With fuel prices on the rise again this can take it's toll on a small business. In order to leave each location knowing that our customers are happy we have certain policies that our employees must abide by and we ask that the customer be aware of as well.
Employees
- Employees must greet customer before starting work.
- Employees may arrive 15 minutes before or after quoted start time.
- Employee will contact customer if running late.
- Employees will work in a timely manner.
- Employees will create a safe and professional atmosphere.
- Employees will clean up after work completion.
- Employees will alert customer that work is complete.
- Employee will not leave work site until cleared by customer.
Customers
- Customer must be present at start and completion of work.
- Customer will have the opportunity to review final work.
- Customer agrees that releasing employees will serve as satisfaction of work provided.
- Customer understands that Autolux has the right to reschedule if customer is not present on time.
- Customer understands that employees will not be able to return once released by customer.
- Since our policy gives the customer the ability to review final work, there are NO REFUNDS.
- It is the customers responsibility to remove anything of value from the vehicle BEFORE Autolux employees begin work. Autolux will not be responsible for the loss of any items during the cleaning of vehicles.
Child Car Seats
If we clean child car seats for a customer, we will NOT latch the car seats back in the car after we are done.
It does not matter if our employees removed the car seats or if the customer did so. We will NOT be responsible for putting the car seats back in the car.
Weather
It will be the responsibility of the customer to cancel an appointment due to the weather. If Autolux employees feel the weather is conducive to working then they will arrive with the intent to work. A fuel service fee will be charged to the customer for any cancellations less than 2 hrs before the scheduled appointment time.
If the customer chooses not to be present upon completion of work then Autolux and our employees are released from having to return for any reason at customers request.
Vehicle Paint
Our experience has taught us that not every vehicle requires the same exterior paint correction or repair. eg: The paint of a high end import is not the same as that of a domestic everyday driving vehicle. Autolux reserves the right (obviously with the input from the customer also) to decide what paint correction or cleaning method is appropriate for each vehicle. eg: In some cases, completely polishing the paint on a brand new vehcile can do more harm than good and could also compromise the paint.
